Going across wave and generating speed at 12 years of age was when the bug got me. It was riding my first short board—a Daniell single fin, bought from one of my brother's friends. It was the Christmas holidays at Byron Bay, I'll never forget that feeling, I was stoked.

From then on I was a waxhead—a label given to surfers in the eighties. All through high school surfing resonated with me, so much so, I introduced surfing to the curriculum, although the school wasn't aware of it.
As I look back through my life there are so memories, and like all surfers we can recall every epic surf session or road trip. From Bells to Noosa, from Asia back to Australia the adventure never stops, the waves keep calling, and the bug is still frothing.
This brand is for surfers of all ages, sex and skill level. Froth is froth and most of us hope to be surfing well into our seventies. Even when our flexibility is on the decline, the thought of surfing good waves motivates us to stretch, train eat well, breath and get out there.
Reawaken the your bug if you haven't already, and remember 'you can't kill the surfing bug'.
